2. PASSES/CREDENTIALS:
EVERYONE who enters the venue during setup must have an exhibitor badge.
Each table/booth purchased comes with a specific number of badges. Each exhibitor (and his/her helpers) MUST have a badge to get in, even during set up. People without exhibitor badges will be denied entry. You will receive your badge(s) at check-in when you arrive.
Ages 10 and under do not need an exhibitor badge.
Extra passes can be purchased when you arrive.
3. SET-UP/TEAR DOWN:
Set Up Information
Friday, February 21st from 10AM to 5PM
Dealer Entry on Saturday/Sunday starts at 8AM
A. Drive directly to the east side of the building for unloading (near the tennis courts).
Traffic during set-up can get congested, so please be patient as others are unloading.

B. Obtain your credentials by entering through the loading area.
Once you have checked in and received your credentials, you will be able to enter the venue and start setting up.
Please DO NOT ENTER from the front/box office area during dealer/exhibitor entry times (Friday or Saturday).
The front doors will be locked until the show starts.
On Saturday and Sunday, exhibitors can enter the venue starting at 8AM. Please enter the venue from the same location where you checked in on Friday (the east side of the building (near the tennis courts)).
C. After you've unloaded on Friday, you can park in either Parking Lot 7, 8, or 10 (see map links).
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR in the loading area.
Campus police will ticket any vehicles left behind the building in the loading area after set up.
Tear Down Information
Tear down will begin immediately at 4PM when the show ends on Sunday. All exhibitors must be out of the venue by 7PM. No early tear downs are permitted without express permission from the Great Lakes Comic-Con. Those who tear down early will risk participation in future shows.
4. STAFF AND SECURITY
GLCC staff will be on-hand for checking credentials before and during show hours.
GLCC staff can be identified by their GLCC t-shirts.
We will also have a uniformed/armed police officer from Macomb Community College on-site, as well as on-site security during the event.
Overnight, there are MCC security personnel who patrol the parking lots and buildings.
There are also surveillance cameras in the venue.
Dealers/exhibitors are responsible for their own security during the event.
5. FLOOR PLAN AND LOCATIONS:
All vendor/exhibitor locations are on our web site HERE. Your booth/table number is shown after your name on the site.

We reserve the right to change/amend site locations before the event based on the needs of the show.
